If this Back-Order is not cleared within one month, due to unavailability of the book (out of print, out of stock at the publisher), we will notify you and return your order/check/money order. Please specify if you wish us to hold a Back-Order active until such time as the book becomes available.


We ship everything via USPS “Media Mail,” unless customer requests other means/priorities. Other than Media Mail, postage/shipment rates will be cost-plus-$1.00. Via Media Mail, S&H rates are: $2.50 for a single book or CD; $1.00 for each of 2nd through 9th book or CD; and $.50 per book or CD for all copies, 10 and above, within the same order.
